The Conversational AI skill engaged with visitors, providing personalized experiences and highlighting Qatar Airways’ global operations. The platform continuously upgrades based on passenger interactions within the QVerse platform, aiming to enhance the understanding between the airline and its passengers.
Qatar Airways displayed a grand exhibition featuring virtual reality experiences and a multi-sensory pod, allowing guests to explore the airline’s pioneering cabins and the distinctive Qsuite, providing a glimpse into the joy of first-class travel. Engr. Mr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer outlined the airline’s objectives, including the full operation of Sama 2 and participation in ATM 4.0, a virtual travel trade exhibition. He emphasized the cabin crew’s role as a symbol of AI technology and digital innovation at its highest level.
Passengers can expect an enhanced experience with the new advanced platform, reflecting Qatar Airways’ commitment to exceeding expectations and fostering unprecedented interaction with travelers. The airline’s continuous expansion includes the addition of new routes to InMotion and increased flight frequencies. Destinations such as Kinshasa, Tashkent, Lisbon, Venice, and Hamburg will be introduced in the coming months, expanding the airline’s global network of over 170 destinations.
Qatar Airways has been proactive in responding to increased travel demand by introducing new routes and resuming existing ones. Seasonal flights to Adana, Antalya, Bodrum, Marrakech, Mykonos, Sarajevo, and Trabzon will be launched during the summer. The airline aims to cater to the growing market by offering flight hikes to these destinations and others in its network.
To meet seasonal travel trends and global demand, Qatar Airways will increase flight frequencies to leading hubs like Almaty and Kuala Lumpur, as well as cities such as Casablanca, Copenhagen, Hanoi, and Barcelona. Popular destinations like New York (JFK), Paris, Manchester, and Miami will also experience an increase in flight frequency. Additionally, the airline will arrange extra flights for events like the Monaco Grand Prix and the Cannes Film Festival, as well as increased frequencies to Tunis and Rome during peak travel times.
