Coin World Report:
Shiba Inu Scam Alert Channel warns community members to remain vigilant against scams abusing the SHIB name and urges people to stay attentive and cautious in fraudulent activities.
The alert comes amid an increase in deceptive behavior within the broader cryptocurrency community, some of which specifically target the Shiba Inu ecosystem and its dedicated community, known as SHIBARMY.

SHIBA is SHIBA.
According to the alert, there are individuals and projects that have inappropriately used the SHIB name, either incorporating it into their own brand or falsely claiming to represent it.
These entities often fail to celebrate SHIB’s achievements or promote it in any meaningful way. Instead, they use the name of SHIB as a tool to sell their obscure tokens, exploiting the community’s trust for personal gain.
The Scam Alert Channel recently emphasized the importance of staying focused and vigilant. It highlighted a message from Shiba Inu’s anonymous founder, Ryoshi, who emphasized that Shiba Inu is unique and must be respected. Ryoshi’s message states that those who respect Shiba Inu are equals, while those who try to exploit it are considered fraudsters and will be banished.
The history of wolves and alerts.
This is not the first time the Shiba Inu community has issued such an alert. In April, prominent community member Lucie wrote a letter to SHIBARMY, warning the cryptocurrency space against “wolves in sheep’s clothing.” She emphasized the importance of building a more transparent and trustworthy ecosystem.
