On March 23, the meta-word platform DeGentrand shared a Twitter thread, commenting on the necessity and immediacy of developing on-chain reputation scores for NFT projects.
Notably, the platform tweeted that the importance of reputation scores will further increase:
Additionally, DeGentrand mentioned the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), the unique Bored Ape NFTs, and the distinct collection of the Metaverse brand Azuki, commenting on the membership of the two communities.
The platform quoted:
“Being a valuable member of the BoreDapeyC or Azuki community is more important than having an MBA from Stanford University in many cases.”
In response to “Degen” and Web3 aspirant Fetty, DeGentrand referred to Azuki’s “Hilumia,” commenting that it is “a formal recognition of valuable communities for their specific contributions and a badge system for particular achievements.”
Previously, Azuki announced the launch of Hilumia in January 2023, described as “Garden Crossroads,” a developed metropolis molded and built by the people.
Interestingly, Azuki asserted that the newly developed project would help expand the virtual spaces between communities, commenting: “Hilumia is an interactive virtual city shaped by the community, which will expand over time.”
In subsequent tweets, the platform reiterated that it will monitor the community rankings and added:
“I will look for the highest member community rankings and developed a voting infrastructure within the foundational project. It’s difficult to design. And it’s hard to know what to value.”
It is noteworthy that a significant portion of the Twitter community is eager to learn more about the program. Many comments stemmed from their enthusiasm for the system that evaluates NFTs based on reputation scores.
